Wild woman

I am a wild woman.  Finding the fire in my heart, dancing in the rain and smiling up at the sun as it rises each morning. I dance under the moon. I miss steps, sometimes I trip when I find myself distracted by the beauty of the world around me.  I am strong yet I…

I Am Enough

I want to talk about your sacral chakra. The “I Am Enough” centre. That beautiful orange chakra just bellow your belly button that forms from the age of 4-8/9. It will form its shape, direction and behaviours off the things that happen between those ages, and from there will hold all the stories you hold…

Introducing Me.

I’m the ripe age of 23 and I live in sunny Far North Queensland where the beach meets the rainforest.I am a daughter and an older sister. I love to love, and I love this Earth.I have a passion to explore, to grow and to learn.I’m vegan, gluten and refined sugar free.Chocolate is my favourite…

I wish you light and love always, and remember that your journey is unique and it is your own.

After every breakdown comes an incredible breakthrough, sometimes it is hard to withstand the storm of your own emotions, but please allow yourself space to feel them, let them shine through and honour them for coming. Honour your sadness, honour your anger, honour your feelings of being unwanted, honour your fears and honour your tears, as each of these emotions is valid and is worthy of being seen.

There is a reason that this emotion is showing itself to you, it wants to be seen, it is asking you to notice it, just like a child will demand your attention by calling your name louder and louder and louder until you have no choice but to listen. So my best advice, is to notice it, love it, learn about it, understand it and then allow it to move on.

Healings I offer via distance or in person $70 for the hour.

Eastern reiki

Reiki works with the bio electromagnetic frequency within the body.

The Reiki I practice is Eastern Usui Reiki, focused on the energy of reiki being the healer and not the actual healer (me). Usui was born in Japan in August 1865 and spent his time learning Qigong and high levels of martial arts before he began to teach Reiki.

The physical benefits of reiki-

  • improving quality of sleep and reducing fatigue
  • Providing pain relief and reducing recovery time after surgery, trauma, chronic illness and accidents
  • Reducing the effects of many stress related illnesses
  • Boosting your immune system and lowering blood pressure
  • Awaiting the body to cleanse itself of toxins and negative effects of medication

Pellowah

Pellowah is an angelic word for “radical shift in consciousness” and like it’s name, it works within the consciousness unlike other modalities that work in the body. Pellowah works with your 12 strands of DNA, it unblocks and realigns meridians within the body creating connection and a feeling of wellbeing. The healing of the body will be a happy side affect of realigning within your soul,  as Pellowah will help you make better choices creating a better lifestyle for yourself. It helps rebuild on top of old frameworks without trauma, and makes you less involved in others.

Within my life I have many goals, some big and some small, but what is not a goal and never will I allow it to be – is to be perfect.

For perfection is merely a figment of your imagination that you created in the engagement of comparing yourself to others. You are not meant to fit in, you are not meant to be picture perfect and you are definitely not meant to be like anybody else.

As you map your way through my writings and workings, you will soon find that I have come to be at peace with my own pain, my own fears and my own doubts, I am learning to love these parts of myself for they show me where I have room to grow. If you walk this earth with the determination of being perfect, take it from someone who had very high expectations of themselves – you will always find yourself being let down. And in this dance of grasping for the imaginary ‘perfection’ you will miss all the beautiful things along the way. You will miss the beauty in a rainy day that you had to miss that hike for, you will miss the beauty of the thunder and lightening outside your window as it ruined the TV show you wanted to see. You will miss all the wonderful things others are doing because they just aren’t doing what YOU think they should.

In chasing perfection, within yourself and others, you are actually creating a bubble of disconnect between yourself and all the happiness and beauty trying to come your way. Magic has no time schedule or procedure manual, happiness doesn’t have a set of rules, it just is. So my dear, allow yourself to just be. You will get where you need to go when you are meant to, and until then, enjoy the view.

So lastly, welcome to my world and all my quirky imperfections, for they are what make me who I am, and for the first time in my whole life, I wouldn’t want to be anyone else…
